Warranty Policy

All products displayed on our website are covered by a warranty. The warranty covers a manufacture's fault to the product only, and must be returned for assessment before a replacement is issued. Products are not covered by incorrect use in anyway. Refund / Exchange Policy

We offer a 14 day exchange policy on purchased products. This policy covers products which are purchased that are not the correct replacement for application. Exchange products must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when purchased. Once we have received the product we will contact you and send a replacement immediately, the balance cost of the correct product may vary and will be notified to you before it is sent. For exchange products any additional cost's including postage is the responsibility of the consumer.  For any refund situations please contact us at sales@batterywiseonline.com.au

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. Postage costs are added on to total product price through checkout before confirmation is needed.
